Trade Marketing and Category Manager - Bakery - FMCG sector
Description de la fonction
The Trade Marketing and Category Manager will build the bridge between their portfolio of clients and their sales team. You will be in charge to track distributions rotation level across key markets in Europe, analyse market data in order to define a long term strategy and support the key account in its business reviews with main retailers.Responsibilities:Develop trade-marketing strategies:
- Analyse market data of key Eu markets
- Continuously track distribution point development and rotations in key markets across EU
- Build trade marketing strategies with key Eu partners
- Work closely with the client portfolio team on product launches, design updates
- Prepare business review/presentation for semester meeting with distributors
- Cultivate programs that ensure adequate product rotations
- Maintain customer relationship for future purchase
- Define new products/product range to grow the overall category and brand
- Follow monthly reporting and attend monthly sales reviews with the client portfolio team
- Prepare and present quarterly performance to client portfolio team
- Build an annual budget and forecast updates for the client portfolio team
- Define, prepare and present promotion and trade-marketing plans strategies to client portfolio team
- Present quarterly report promotion and trade-marketing spend to client portfolio team
Profil
- Master in Economics or Business engineering
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in trade marketing
- Knowledge of FMCG
- Strong product portfolio management
- Analytical mindset
- Detail oriented and focus on meeting deadlines
- Ability to think critically and creatively
- Have strong communication
- Interpersonal skills and enjoy working in cross-country teams
- Fluent in French and English
