What type of breed are we looking for?
We are looking for a pet-loving intern to join our People Pack and help us find awesome people to join our organization. You'll be working with our Talent Acquisition Specialist Bieke, learning how to find and bring in great candidates for job openings. During your internship, you'll pick up skills in recruiting through methods like job postings, employer branding, employee referrals, and assessments.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment and hiring process and develop valuable skills in communication, organization, and time management!
What will be in your bowl?
We are looking for a pet-loving intern to join our People Pack and help us find awesome people to join our organization. You'll be working with our Talent Acquisition Specialist Bieke, learning how to find and bring in great candidates for job openings. During your internship, you'll pick up skills in recruiting through methods like job postings, employer branding, employee referrals, and assessments.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment and hiring process and develop valuable skills in communication, organization, and time management!
What will be in your bowl?
- Take part in the recruitment process and support the team with:
- Opening of new positions
- Identifying potential candidates through various channels
- Intake with hiring managers
- CV screening of candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to identify areas for improvement
- Systems like Teamtailor, Notion, LinkedIn Recruiter
- Data maintenance
- Get your paws on Employer branding:
- Identify best practices in employer branding
- Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events or initiatives
- Onboarding
- Support and shape the onboarding process for new Pack members
Profil
What skills & tricks should you bring?
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program
- Eligible to work in Belgium
- Fluent in English
- Time-management skills with a problem-solving and “can do” attitude
- Naturally collaborative person
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Curious about recruitment and talent acquisition
- Must be available min. 3 days a week, on-site
