Office and Association Manager

We are looking for an Office Manager (m/f/x) for one of our clients in Brussels.
As Office Manager (m/f/x), you would be responsible for:
- Perform administrative tasks for the office, e.g. relations with suppliers, organisation of office meetings and client visits;
- Assist with onboarding of new staff;
- Manage holiday plans and absences;
- Contribute to website and social media channels;
- Create content for clients’ websites and social media channels;
- Handle invoices;
- Liaise with external accountants to process invoices;
- Produce expenditure reports;
- Prepare content for client meetings, seminars and other events;
- Other tasks: Ad-hoc support to client-related activities.
Profil
- Relevant degree
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in similar positions
- Full proficiency (writing and speaking) in English and French (an additional language is an asset);
- Very good IT skills (e.g. command of MS Office, incl. in particular Excel, Powerpoint) Desirable
- Strong organisational skills
- Hard-working and flexible
- Eye to detail; result-orientation
