Job description

Your tasks will be :

  • Administrative support to General Secretary and other staff members
  • Liaise with the office landlord, suppliers and contractors
  • Provide IT support (with external IT partner)
  • Organise events, i.e. the practicalities (hotel, venue, catering, …) for the yearly “National Association Meetings, “International Harmonisation Council” and a “Seminar rehearsal”

Profile

You have the followed skills : 

  • Fluent in English (written and oral) and French (Dutch or other languages are appreciated)
  • Experience in a similar function
  • Knowledgeable in IT (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

Offer

  • From € 2.700 to € 3.300 per month

Ourr client offers you 

  • Temping contracts with possibility of fixed-temr contract after 6 months
  • A salary between 2700 et 3300 € gros per month, related to your experience
  • Mealvouchers : 8 EUR perd day
  • Assurances after the temping periode
