Key responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Coordinate complex, demanding schedules for senior executives using Outlook, ensuring efficient diary management.
- Meeting & Travel Coordination: Organize numerous meetings and business trips within Europe, managing logistics and itineraries.
- Committee Support: Assist with annual committee events and prepare concise board packs for decision-making sessions.
- Mail & Email Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, both physical and digital, for the team.
- Expense Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed expense reports in a timely manner.
- Call Management: Professionally handle and filter incoming calls, relay messages, and interact with high-profile external partners.
- Information Sharing: Collect, organize, and disseminate key information, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed.
- General Administration: Perform filing, photocopying, and document management tasks as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with two other executive assistants, fostering information sharing and mutual support.

Profile
The ideal candidate:
- Languages: Excellent level in French and English (both written and spoken).
- Experience: Demonstrable experience supporting senior-level executives in a fast-moving environment.
- IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
- Organization: Outstanding time management, meticulous attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
