Sales Support Officer
Job description
- Manage and monitor customer orders from receipt to delivery
- Check stock levels and raw material requirements
- Act as the go-to contact for your clients’ questions
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers
- Follow up on client invoices in collaboration with the accounting team
- Work closely with production, planning, logistics, and sales teams to guarantee customer satisfaction
Profile
- Strong administrative skills and a sharp eye for detail
- Ability to prioritize effectively and stay organized
- Customer satisfaction is your top priority
- Ideally, you have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial environment
- Good operational knowledge of English and Dutch (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Excel (advanced level is a plus: multi-sheet data management, pivot tables, lookup functions, etc.)
- Dynamic, open-minded, proactive, and clear communicator
- Autonomous but also a great team player
