Customer Operations employee
Job description
Within the Customer Operations team, we're looking for a fourth colleague to answer questions from end users and our sales channel. These questions come in via telephone, email and social media and are very varied. They often relate to the technical, financial or contractual aspects of domain names.
Specifically:

- Together with the team, you handle the day-to-day operations and answer a wide range of questions.
- You regularly collaborate with our internal legal, financial and IT experts.
- You follow up customer administration meticulously.
- You handle procedures such as adding new points-of-sale or transferring portfolios independently.
- You contribute to combating online fraud by ensuring the accuracy of data.
- You work on internal projects, such as introducing new functionalities and optimising work processes.
Profile
About you
Important for this role
- You have a strong interest in customer support and want to keep learning and growing in this field.
- Helping customers gives you energy and you do so with expertise, accuracy and enthusiasm.
- You're a true team player who responds flexibly to the organisation's needs and enjoys working with the legal, financial or technical colleagues.
- Administrative work doesn’t put you off. Your work is structured and you have an eye for detail.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch, English and French, you have an affinity with the internet, websites and email and you work confidently with Word, Excel and Outlook (experience with Mac is a bonus).
- You have between two and five years of relevant experience.

- You switch easily between different types of questions and cases, often with a technical, financial or contractual nature.
- You combine customer focus with accuracy and are able to convey complex information clearly.
- You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment where collaboration, responsibility and continuous improvement are key.
- You report to the Digital Society lead.
