Job description
As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for the complete order management process, from accurate entry of customer orders into various systems to after?sales follow?up. You monitor on?time delivery internally and communicate proactively with customers to manage expectations and maintain strong relationships.
Your responsibilities include:Communicating with customers about order status via email and phone
Entering, confirming, and following up on customer orders
Collaborating and coordinating with colleagues where needed
Contributing to an outstanding customer experience
Working in accordance with ISO 13485 – EN9100 and the procedures of the Quality Management System
Supporting other departments when required
Answering incoming calls and transferring them to the appropriate contacts
Profile
Our ideal Customer Service Representative has:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
The ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently, with strong attention to quality
Willingness to work in a fast?paced environment, with flexibility when needed
The ability to quickly learn new software systems
A customer?friendly and professional attitude
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of French is an asset
Strong computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, database applications; knowledge of Oracle is a plus)
