Area Sales Manager

Job description

  • Sales Growth: Accelerate sales of our power and hand tools by regularly visiting both existing and new retail hardware stores and distribution partners, ensuring strong market coverage and business expansion.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and sustain long-term partnerships with all clients, helping them maximize profitability.
  • Market Development: Execute effective sales strategies to strengthen and expand our presence in the Belgian market.
  • Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
  • Product Presentation: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations using the extensive range of samples provided, ensuring clients clearly see the value and quality of our tools.

Profile

  • Established Network: You already have strong connections within the Belgian hardware , DIY, and building materials market.
  • Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of sales channels, local trends, and customer needs in Belgium.
  • Proven Sales Success: A consistent record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
  • Customer-Centric: Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Mobile & Flexible: Willing to travel within Belgium and occasionally abroad for training or trade fairs.
  • Team Spirit: Able to collaborate with international colleagues in a dynamic and supportive environment.
