Job description
- Actively developing new customer relationships (±30%) and maintaining existing clients (±70%)
- Preparing quotations and price calculations
- Processing and following up on orders
- Customer contact via phone and email, with a focus on cross-selling and digitalization
- Managing and updating customer data in the internal system
- Gaining insight into customer needs, applications, and market conditions
- Acting as the first point of contact for questions, support, and complaints
- Identifying and capitalizing on commercial opportunities
- Close collaboration with sales colleagues and reporting on ongoing cases
Profile
- You have a technical and/or commercial background
- You are fluent in one or more Scandinavian languages, in addition to English
- Good knowledge of Excel and common IT tools
- Strong communication skills and customer focus
- You are proactive, structured, and commercially minded
- You perform well in a dynamic and growing environment
