Job description
- Work as part of a unified team committed to delivering the best telecom & IT solutions to every client.
- Offer exceptional, personalized service through a proactive and digital approach.
- Go beyond the essentials to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Sell telecom & IT products and services with the goal of achieving personal targets while supporting the team’s results.
- Understand client needs and guide them through a smooth, structured, and efficient sales process.
- Communicate clearly, negotiate confidently, and close deals that create long?term value for clients.
- Convince clients of the added value of the proposed solutions quickly and effectively.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
- Actively prospect through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals, planning your own meetings with potential clients.
- Deliver both qualitative and quantitative results to reach monthly objectives.
- Demonstrate a strong hunter mentality: driven, results?oriented, and energized by closing deals.
- Help maintain a positive, dynamic, and success?oriented team environment.
Profile
We’re looking for social, dynamic individuals who want to continue growing in sales. A degree isn’t required, experience, perseverance, and real sales talent are what matter.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Strong passion for mobile communication, telecom, and ICT.
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and a team player with a “can?do” mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and natural commercial flair.
- Customer-oriented in everything you do.
- Able to handle stress and adapt to a fast-paced telecom & IT environment.
- Open to feedback and coaching.
- Valid driver’s license (B).
