POSITION OVERVIEW

At MIM Software, our Workflow and Services Team provides solutions to everyday clinical needs and also solves complex clinical problems. Utilizing MIM’s GUI based programming language, Workflow and Services Team members build “MIM Workflows” to automate tasks and expand the usage of the software in the clinical setting. As a member of the Workflow and Services Team, you will translate and optimise the clinical flow of the departments according to their needs. These requests can range from simple adjustments based on customer insights to more complex problems involving quantitative analysis or the assessment and translation of a research paper into site specific procedure. No day is the same, nor are the problems you will be solving. We are looking for people who love to solve problems and take their own creative approach to these problems.


ORGANIZATION

The Workflow Services Engineers work alongside just about every department. Additional Areas of Responsibility (AOR) are common and typically include Clinical Research, Site Development, Site Implementation, Technical Sales and Customer Engagement.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Work closely with different stakeholders in departments and create custom MIM Workflows (different institutions across all markets).

  • Drive software development through capturing of feedback.

  • Assist sales and the site implementation team

  • Provide in-depth software training to new and existing customers

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Experience in (mathematical) coding languages (Matlab, Python, etc.) is a plus.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Aptitude to develop a clinical and anatomical knowledge base

  • Ability to utilize critical thinking skills to solve open ended problems

  • Fluency in English. Other languages such as Dutch, French and German are a plus

Must have one of the following (or equivalent) degrees:

  • A master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Bio-Engineering, Biomedical Sciences (option Medical Radiation Sciences), Industrial Engineering (option Nuclear Energy), Physics, Chemistry, or related field
  • A degree in Medical Physics.
  • A bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant clinical experience in radiation oncology or nuclear medicine departments.
