- Coordinate set up and breakdown of all events:
Arrange logistics to ensure all components (food trucks, materials, food & team) come together in timely manner for both start up and shut down. Be familiar with the event details of each event; schedules, meeting points, accreditation, accommodation, and transportation to and from events. - Point of contact at the festival:
Anticipate potential problems that may arise & troubleshoot if necessary. Be available to the team at all times, (off shift, make sure you are contactable). - Supervise work in accordance with guidelines:
Delegate teams, divide tasks, ensure everyone is equipped to do their job. Co-ordinate a team of students & flexis, briefing schedules upfront & training newcomers. Maintain an overview of food supplies and manage stock. Top up when needed & flag low stocks upfront and co-ordinate extra deliveries onsite. - Responsible for the administration onsite:
Daily financial handing onsite (Report back to HQ).
Ensure all FAVV & HACCP regulations are in place and adhered. Make sure crew have signed timesheets.
