Responsibilities - Your primary responsibilities will revolve around addressing inquiries and technical issues via both phone and email channels, all managed through our streamlined ticketing system.
- You will help find solutions for our customers if they experience problems during installation or configuration.
- You will assist Smappee partners by providing support to their end customers. You will get to know our products inside and out, collect feedback from users and translate the user manual into user benefits and explain it in an understandable way.
