- Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with existing clients through regular communication and personalized interactions.
- Gain a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, objectives, and challenges to offer tailored solutions and support.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for maximizing client satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, revenue projections, and performance metrics for management review.
Profiel
- You already have some experience in the food sector, hospitality or have a passion for it.
- You have a proven experience in sales or account management.
- You are accustomed to responding to public tender offers.
- You’re energetic, outgoing, proactive with a sense of creativity.
- You’re a real communicator.
- You’re a food lover.
- You like networking, making connections and can depend on a network already.
- You've a go-getter-attitude
- You’ve got excellent time management skills and can easily organize and balance your activities.
- You’re self-confident and driven by results.
- You’re fluent in Dutch, French and English.
