What will your tasks be as a 'Temporary Recruitment Assistant' for our client?
- Support the talent acquisition team in the recruitment process for our client.
- Spread job vacancies through various channels and attract talent without boundaries.
- Ensure an efficient recruitment process for both local and international candidates
- Assist in interview scheduling and gather feedback from recruitment teams.
- Draft employment conrtacts and guide new colleagues through the onboarding process.
- Participate in various HR projects according your interests.

What are we looking for in a 'Temporary Recruitment Assistant' for our client?
- Bachelor's degree in office management or equivalent, preferably with 1 year of HR experience.
- Passion for HR administration makes you valuable to the team.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work, open to optimization.
- Customer-oriented, accurate, and proactive.
- Proficient in Office 365 and Excel for reporting.
- Fluent in English with professional communication skills.
- Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
