- Be responsible for the Management Programmes in the Digital Transformation field in terms of sales & marketing, programme design, product management and delivery, together with faculty and other supporting units.
- Meet the targets of your programmes in terms of revenues, contribution, number of participants, quality and experience of the participants. You will work towards an annual revenue target.
- Take the lead in commercial and marketing activities (marketing plan, lead generation and follow-up, networking activities, ...), securing participants for your programmes with the support of our executive education marketing team.
- Take care of the delivery of your programmes. Provide programme participants with a warm Vlerick learning experience; professionally welcoming, supporting & guiding them during their time on campus and/or online.
- Rethink and grow our Digital Transformation offer and translate this into your programme portfolio (redesign, new programme development, ...). You will represent our business unit in meetings at school level on this domain.
- Build a strong network and stay on top of the trends in the fields of Digital Transformation and L&D. Act as a sparring partner/trusted advisor both for internal and external stakeholders.
- Be a leading partner in (new) programme design in all its aspects (integrating new trends, adapting to new formats, ...).
- Support and advise junior programme managers that are responsible for programmes in your domain.

Profiel
- Have obtained a master's degree or equivalent through work experience.
- Have 5+ years of work experience, preferably in the L&D sector or in the field of Digital Transformation.
- Are knowledgeable and passionate about managerial issues and developments in the domain of digital transformation (AI, big data, digital strategy, ...).
- Additional experience/interest in learning & development and education is a plus.
- Possess networking and sales skills. You can connect with different stakeholders and are ready to be a credible advisor for (senior) executives.
- Get energized from going the extra mile for customers. Are a star at solving problems with a smile, like working organized and are tech-savvy.
- An entrepreneurial mind-set: the ability to proactively identify and realize new business opportunities, to challenge the status and to multi-task.
- Have an excellent written & verbal knowledge of English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
