As a Plant Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in spearheading strategic initiatives to optimize operational efficiency within manufacturing plants across various industries such as automotive and manufacturing.
The client is a globally recognized leader in the supply chain sector, with a vision to transform the current supply chain landscape into the supply chain of tomorrow.
PLANT QUALITY MANAGER
Functieomschrijving
- You will have full responsibility for designing and implementing quality-related initiatives.
- Your duties include overseeing and monitoring various aspects such as quality controls of raw materials, end products, production processes, and packaging, as well as the use and maintenance of metrology instruments.
- You will also be responsible for managing all quality procedures and standards, including conducting audits and managing the Quality Management System (QMS), handling customer and supplier claims, promoting a quality mindset among both internal and external stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement initiatives related to quality within the factory.
Profiel
- Degree in Engineering
- 5-10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in quality management.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in French (native or bilingual), fluent in English, German proficiency is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts, collaborate effectively within a team, and communicate clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
