Payroll & Financial Officer

Payroll Administration
- Execute the monthly payroll for multiple countries and manage all salary and benefits administration.
- Collaborate with external payroll providers to secure accuracy and compliance.
- Review timesheets and resolve discrepancies together with local HR teams.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely payment of salaries, taxes, and social contributions.
- Support the Accounting team with payroll journal entries and monthly closing activities.
- Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency across markets.
Reporting
- Manage and store confidential HR and payroll information in full GDPR compliance.
- Deliver clear and reliable payroll reports for monthly and annual closing cycles.
- Support both internal and external audits.
- Analyze HR and payroll data and translate findings into actionable insights.
Profiel
- Bachelor's degree in payroll, finance, accounting, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years' payroll experience (in-house, payroll provider, or accounting).
- Strong interest in local social legislation and willingness to stay up-to-date.
- Fluent in English; working knowledge of Dutch and/or French. (German, Danish, or Swedish is a plus.)
- Skilled user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Dayforce or SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized.
- Strong communicator with a service-minded and proactive attitude.
