Functieomschrijving

As a Part-time German Speaking Secretary (M/F/X) your responsibilities are:

  • Manage the Partner's agenda and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in German and English
  • Prepare and format legal documents, presentations, and reports
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
  • Liaise with clients and internal departments in a professional and confidential manner
  • Assist with billing and time entry
  • Support in the organization of events and internal meetings

Profiel

A successful Part-time German Speaking Secretary (M/F/X) should have:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
  • You speak German with an excellent command of English (spoken and written); French is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Discreet, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure with a high level of professionalism
