Functieomschrijving

As an Office Manager your responsibilities are:

  • Coordinating daily administrative tasks and ensuring efficient office operations.
  • Managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Supporting senior management with scheduling and correspondence.
  • Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining meeting minutes.
  • Handling confidential documents and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Assisting in the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Maintaining the office environment to ensure a professional workspace.

Profiel

The ideal Office Manager should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Office Management or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented mindset
  • A hands-on mentality and a preference for working in a close-knit team
  • Excellent MS office knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch, English and French
