As a Management Assistant, you will:
- Provide direct support to 2-3 Directors, managing agendas, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Prepare and follow up on meetings, ensuring documentation and action points are handled efficiently.
- Act as a key point of contact between Directors and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as expense reports, presentations, and project coordination.
- Contribute to a positive and structured workflow, anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise.
A successful Management Assistant should have:
- Has first experience as a Management Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Speaks Dutch or French fluently, with excellent English skills (mandatory)
- Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrates strong communication skills and professional discretion
- Brings a service-minded attitude and enjoys supporting senior leadership
- Is proactive, flexible, and able to anticipate needs before they arise
