Management assistant

Functieomschrijving

As a Management Assistant, you will:

  • Provide direct support to 2-3 Directors, managing agendas, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and follow up on meetings, ensuring documentation and action points are handled efficiently.
  • Act as a key point of contact between Directors and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as expense reports, presentations, and project coordination.
  • Contribute to a positive and structured workflow, anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise.

Profiel

A successful Management Assistant should have:

  • Has first experience as a Management Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Speaks Dutch or French fluently, with excellent English skills (mandatory)
  • Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills and professional discretion
  • Brings a service-minded attitude and enjoys supporting senior leadership
  • Is proactive, flexible, and able to anticipate needs before they arise
