As Senior Business Development Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing key accounts in Belgium & Luxembourg (companies that expense more 500k/year in business travels)
- Identifying new business, qualifying leads & arranging meetings
- Having a consultative approach with your customers
- Working closely with international teams in order to create synergies & cross-selling
- Working closely with account management team in order to implement sales
- Working closely with internal stakeholders such as Marketing/Product/Partnership teams in order to optimize your commercial approach
- Having a role in the development of commercial strategies for both Belgian & Luxembourg markets
- Hosting & attending events
- Making reports to your management on a regular basis & developing database through CRM

Profiel
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
- Fluent in French, Dutch, English
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Real hunter mindset
- At least 5 years of experience in managing long cycle & complex sales/negotiations
- proven track record in managing consultative selling
- Ability & willingness to work within an international environment and to travel on a regular basis
- Ability to be on the field most of the time
- Entrepreneur & autonomous
- Team worker, results & solutions oriented
- Ability to take initiatives & to work with internal stakeholders (local & international)
- Ability to negotiate with high level of people (C-level)
- Excellent communication & presentation
