Logistic Coordinator - Kitting
Functieomschrijving
You support clinical supplies operations and administrative activities in all areas of clinical supplies lifecycle of low to moderate complexity studies:
- Support day-to-day clinical supply activities,including receipt, storage, labeling, inventory management, distribution,returns, and destruction
- Coordinate logistics and administrative tasksto support department operations
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, GxPstandards, and client requirements
- Maintain accurate data, documentation, andinventory records in electronic systems
- Track inventory levels and expiration dates andprepare regular status reports
Profiel
- High school diploma or equivalent, withrelevant education or vocational training
- At least 2 years of relevant experience or anequivalent combination of education and training
- Intermediate English skills with good writtenand verbal communication
- Good understanding of clinical supply processes
- Strong organizational skills, attention todetail, and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently andcollaboratively in a dynamic environment
