As a Logistics responsible your responsibilities are :
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and orders.
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve any logistical issues.
- Assist in preparing and processing shipment documentation.
- Support the logistics team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the logistics manager
Profiel
A successful Logistics Responsible should have:
- A background in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in supply chain management.
- Speak Dutch AND French
- An eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
