Freelance Supply Chain Project Manager
Functieomschrijving
- Lead the S&OP process improvement project end-to-end, with a strong focus on change management
- Ensure the S&OP cycle is executed consistently, with proper meeting participation and high-quality inputs
- Define and implement clear templates for demand, supply, and decision-oriented discussions
- Establish a clear S&OP cadence, roles, and responsibilities across involved teams
- Act as project manager, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring alignment between supply planning and business objectives
Profiel
- Proven experience in S&OP and/or Supply Planning within retail or fast-paced environments
- Strong change management skills, able to overcome resistance and drive adoption
- Hands-on, structured, and pragmatic project management approach
- Experience designing governance, templates, and executive-level meeting formats
- Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory)
