Your role:

Your responsibilities:
- Ensuring an clean and sterile laboratory environment, essential for high-quality pharmaceutical research.
- Supporting laboratory staff by carefully preparing workstations, materials, and supplies.
- Performing routine tasks with precision and in accordance with strict laboratory protocols.
Profiel
Who We Are Looking For:
- You live in the Ghent/Zwijnaarde region or have reliable transportation.
- You are fluent in English.
- You enjoy working as part of a team and are open to developing new skills.
- You have an exceptional eye for detail and always work with a quality-driven mindset.
- You strictly follow procedures and understand the importance of accuracy and consistency in achieving the highest standards.
- Knowledge of GMP standards, aseptic techniques, sterilization methods, and proficiency in MS Office are a plus.

Flexibility across all seven shifts ensures continuous engagement: 6:00–16:00, 7:00–17:00, 8:00–18:00, 10:00–20:00, 12:00–22:00, 14:00–00:00, 15:00–01:00, and 16:00–02:00.
