Invoicing and Rebilling:
Independently establish accurate linkage between revenue-generating activities and a limited number of accounts for posting.
Interpret according to predetermined procedures with respect to the SAP general ledger accounts and profit center structure.
Ensure correct invoicing or rebilling for various customer types (travel agencies, TOs, groups, etc.).
Communication and Troubleshooting:
Actively communicate with internal and external parties regarding invoicing and rebilling.
Take corrective measures (credit notes or supplementary invoices) when necessary or refer to other departments within the company.
Conduct bi-monthly meetings for follow-up.
Balance Sheet Accounts:
Monthly monitoring of the balance sheet accounts for which he/she is responsible, ensuring accurate closure of the financial year.
Cash Sales Airport Ticketing Offices (ATO):
Daily posting of cash receipts and reconciliation of ATO accounts for various stations.
Point of contact for resolving any discrepancies in the accounts.
Reconciliation Process (Credit/Debit Card):
Monitor the automated reconciliation process between credit/debit card sales and payment files.
Take action in case of unreconciled payments according to predetermined guidelines.
Bachelor's degree in fields such as Business Administration, Accountancy, or equivalent through experience
Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience, preferably with a background in accountancy
Fluent in English, Dutch, and French (both verbal and written communication), or at least proficient in 2 out of the 3 languages
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Familiarity with SAP accounting system
Familiarity with the Amadeus Reservation System and/or the SIrax Revenue Accounting System is a plus
Team player: adept at working within a team of approximately 10 individuals
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Independent worker: adept at problem-solving, solution-oriented, and takes initiative
Organized and capable of meeting deadlines
Van € 2.896 tot € 4.054 per jaar
Temporary contract of minimum 4 months, possibly 6 months
