You'll support the sales team of our client by managing Tier 2/3 accounts or, for Tier 1 customers, under the authority of the (Regional) Sales Manager. Key responsibilities include:
- Cultivating relationships with allocated accounts, aiming for increased business opportunities and revenues.
- Assisting in defining budgets, targets, and achieving company KPIs.
- Managing day-to-day marketing, sales, and supporting Supply chain activities.
- Providing timely customer and team support, resolving issues, and managing product logistics as a back-up for the logistics colleague.
- Contributing to various projects across different domains.
- Solving daily issues and occasionally complex problems with team support.
- Proposing and implementing improvements and leading projects under the Sales Manager's guidance.
- Negotiating product prices and delivery terms within set ranges.
- Your scope involves executing and managing strategies for selected accounts, ensuring smooth daily operations, and contributing to team KPIs achievement.
