Functieomschrijving
As an HR Officer (M/F/X) your responsibilities are:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job descriptions, interviews, offers, onboarding, and employer branding initiatives.
- Support employee training and development programs to foster growth and engagement.
- Maintain and monitor employee records, attendance, and well-being.
- Promote social dialogue and manage relationships with employee representatives and works councils.
- Handle employee conflicts and provide guidance on HR policies and labor law compliance.
- Support performance management through coaching and guidance for managers and employees.
- Oversee internal communications, meetings, and company events.
- Contribute to HR projects and provide backup support for payroll and related processes.
Profiel
A successful HR Officer (M/F/X) should have:
- Higher education background with successful first generalist experience in Human Resources in a similar role.
- Enthusiastic, with strong interpersonal skills and a high capacity to adapt.
- Recognized for team spirit, analytical abilities, and rigor.
- Enjoys working on diverse topics and contributing to the improvement of HR processes.
- Excellent communication skills in French, both written and spoken.
- Proficient with digital tools (MS Outlook, SD Worx, PI, …).
