Freelance Hr Officer
Functieomschrijving
Ensure end-to-end payroll continuity for Belgium and the Netherlands using SD Worx (E-Blox), in close coordination with the provider.
Manage and validate payroll and HR data (employee files, absences, contracts, benefits) to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
Oversee Compensation & Benefits administration, including reward statements, flex plan (Excel-based), group and hospitalization insurance, and temporary workers.
Manage HR administration processes such as leave management, on-boarding workflows, and employee dossier follow-up.
Profiel
Strong experience in Belgian payroll and HR administration.
Proven hands-on expertise with SD Worx E-Blox (payroll and HR modules).
Solid knowledge of Compensation & Benefits practices and HR data management.
Highly structured, detail-oriented, and reliable, with a strong focus on continuity.
Comfortable working independently in a complex, multi-entity environment.
