Freelance HR Assistant

- Provide administrative and operational support to the change management project.
- Participate in change management meetings and ensure proper follow-up of action items.
- Coordinate tasks, prepare reports, and support project tracking activities.
- Contribute to internal communication related to the transformation program.
- Support the structuring and improvement of HR processes in an evolving environment.
Profiel
A successful HR Assistant Freelance should have:
- .Junior profile with strong organizational and structuring skills.
- First experience or exposure to change management or project environments.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing and not yet fully structured context.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work transversally with different teams.
