As a freelancer, you will work as an Office Administrator in the Brussels.

You will work 5 days per week within the Governance team of an International company.

As an Office Administrator, your responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate governance meetings (agendas, documents, logistics, attendance).
  • Follow up on action points and ensure timely, accurate governance documentation.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Governance & Membership.
  • Maintain and optimise databases, document systems and SharePoint.
  • Support continuous improvement, projects, onboarding and audit preparation.

As a freelancer, you are eager to deepen or share your current expertise with companies.

Profiel

Your experience as an independent professional means that:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
  • You are fluent English
  • Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint hold no secrets for you. Knowledge of Adobe or ERP systems is a strong asset.
