- Define and drive the assortment strategy for your product portfolio.
- Own revenue, margin, and overall business performance of the portfolio.
- Analyze category results and implement concrete action plans to drive growth and profitability.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of four, increasing ownership and maturity.
- Work cross-functionally with Pricing, Sales, Marketing, Data, and support functions to align business priorities.
Profiel
- Proven experience in category management, product management, or business management within a B2B distribution environment.
- Strong business mindset with solid analytical and performance management skills.
- Demonstrated people management experience with a hands-on leadership approach.
- Ability to structure, prioritize, and drive results in evolving environments.
- Fluent in French and Dutch; English is a strong asset.
