Finance & Business Controller - Real Estate - Brussels
As the Financial & Business Controller, you are part of a team of 3 controllers and work on a portfolio of several projects.
Your main tasks consist in the :
- Finance Business Partnering to the Project Managers, supporting them on the financial structuring of the projects & their monthly financial monitoring
- Preparation of the budgets & forecasts, with analysis of the variances
- Analysis of revenue & costs per country and project
- Close collaboration with the accounting department in the closing process
- Support on the preparation of the financial statements
- Consolidation of the several entities / companies
- Preparation of the managerial reporting on a quarterly basis
- Participation to the implementation of new tools & optimization of the internal processes to professionalize the department.
Profiel
Finance & Business Controller - Real Estate - Brussels
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria :
- Master's Degree in Finance / Management / Business Engineering
- Min. 5 years of experience in Audit / Controlling / Accounting
- An experience in the Real Estate or Construction sector is a plus
- Dutch is your first language. Good level of French & English is a plus
- Dynamic, loving challenges and taking initiative
- Good Business Partnering & communication skills
- Able to work autonomously as well as in a team.
