Finance & Controlling Internship NL/FR/ENG

Since the creation of Le Pain Quotidien, we have focused on the bakery and the communal table, around which conviviality and good cheer are central for both small and large meals. This concept has enjoyed great success since its early days. Each year within the office team, we offer an internship opportunity. During this internship, you will be involved in the heart of an international organization and support the daily operations of the headquarters.

Our finance team is looking for a motivated controlling intern to support our team with operational and financial analysis activities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to reporting, performance monitoring, pricing analysis, and financial controlling within a dynamic operational environment.

As an intern, you will support the team with:

• Monitoring and following up on inventory
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Assisting in F&B reporting (Food & Beverages departement)
• Preparing and analyzing statistics (Benstra and company data)
• Supporting the creation and follow-up of dashboards & KPIs (LADP)
• Assisting with menu pricing analysis
• Supporting the monthly closing, including actual vs budget analysis

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance/economics
• Strong Excel skills
• Comfortable working with numbers and reports
• Familiarity with dashboards and KPIs (Power BI, Tableau, or similar is a plus)
• Proactive and willing to learn
• Able to work independently but also support the team
• Good knowledge of English + French or Dutch
