- Process and manage orders from entry to delivery.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and data management.

Profiel
A successful Customer Service Representative should have:
- Educational background in business, administration, or a related field.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the industrial / manufacturing sector.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for order management.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
