As a Customer Service Representative you will be the driving force of Customer Centricity as you are the first point of contact for our customers.


By Managing incoming calls and e-mails, you identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction, by resolving service problems and complaints.

  • Determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Reach out to customers to verify and provide information.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Advise on company information.
  • Place, update or cancel requests for technical intervention.
  • Act as the company gatekeeper.

Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with the rest of the organization

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Your goal will be to work with the customer service team & manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered and to go the extra mile to engage customers.
