Your responsibilities:
- Customer contact by phone and email (mainly in the mornings, customer lines close at 1pm)
- Maintain and update customer files (including specific customs documents)
- Perform daily checks, checklists, and follow up on overdue files
- Work with proprietary software; fast and comfortable using PC
- Collaborate with internal colleagues and external partners (government, diplomats, oil companies)

Profile:
- Excellent Italian or Spanish required; strong French and English skills are also needed
- Accurate and detail-oriented, affinity with administrative processes
- Team player, able to work independently; flexibility is a must
- Education is not decisive, relevant experience or a bachelor's degree is required
