If the answer is "Yes" and "Ja", then we are looking for you to work as a telephone operator for dispatching.
Everyday truck drivers are on the road, delivering important goods without a problem.
But when there is something wrong with their truck and they can't do their job, they call you.
You have to try to help them as efficiently as possible.
How? By contacting a local garage for example so the truck will be fixed as soon as possible.
This company works with a unique system so truck drivers can be helped in their own language.
That is why at the moment we are looking for someone who speaks German and English.
To do this job properly there will be a learning period of 6 to 8 weeks. You will be taught how to help people as best as possible.
In this period you will be working in a dayshift starting at 8:00.
When you know the job, you will start rotating in different shifts from Monday to Friday.
Only in very busy periods they will ask you if it's possible to work on a Saturday.
Your schedule will always be available a month in advance, so you can plan your personal life.
Profiel
- You are fluent in German & English.
- Since you will be working in a multilingual environment, English is the language in which your co-workers will communicate with you
and the language in which you will log all your notes so someone can take over when your shift is over. - Your computerskills are on point.
- If you have any experience or knowledge about cars, tyres, the automotive world, .. That's great!
- Since this a unique job, no previous experience is needed.
- You live in or close to Hasselt.
