For a a global medical technology innovato, we are searching for a dedicated Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer orders management
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in the ERP system
- Process material reservation (implants & instruments) for surgeries planned in hospitals
- Invoice hospitals according to procedure
- Coordinate deliveries to and returns from hospitals with logistics team
- Communication with customers, sales team
- Be the primary point of contact for customers and sales team members for inquiries related to orders, deliveries, prices and reimbursement data (RIZIV – INAMI), quotations and others.
- Be point of contact for transporters.
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional way and report the issue to the sales representative or any other involved department.
- Communication (email, phone) with Sales Representative and/or Clinical Support representative regarding possible delivery issues (e.g. missing items) for a specific surgery.
- Follow-up back-orders and inform Sales Team.
- CRM : Maintain accurate customer records and master data.
