Business Planning Coordinator
Functieomschrijving
- Ensure the optimal functioning and smooth organisation of the Business Planning Section.
- Represent the section in initiatives and cross-team projects.
- Organise and support meetings, events, and webinars — from planning and logistics to documentation and follow-up.
- Coordinate internal team meetings and streamline internal processes.
- Handle financial and procurement-related tasks, liaising with external suppliers and managing contracts, invoices, and signatures.
- Take on ad-hoc administrative and organisational tasks according to team needs.
- Maintain and update section documentation via SharePoint.
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships across all relevant internal teams.
Profiel
- You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience.
- You bring 0-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- You have advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- You’re fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- You are proactive, well-organised, and a team player with strong attention to detail.
