Our client is a distributeur of innovative products for the medical & wellness market.


The position as Business Developer Germany (m/f) includes the following professional assignments:
Handling of incoming calls/requests from the end customers such as physical therapists or other related medical professionals within Germany. (email correspondence, phone, chat, …)
Development and implementation of the online and offline marketing plans for the assigned geographical area following the globally developed marketing brand strategies in close cooperation with Marketing Department and Area Manager.
Establish and maintain relations with stakeholders (eg. professional associations, universities, …) and key opinion leaders within the physical therapy market in cooperation with Area Manager Germany.
Development of market situation assessments and keeping track of competitive product and marketing activity.
Planning and organization of sales trainings; supporting the distributors and their commercial staff
Organization and coordination of events, exhibitions taking place in the territory.
Keeping contacts with media partners and provide input for online and offline communication strategy for the territory to strengthen the position of the brand.
Content development.
CRM information entry & followup.
Service requests coordination to distributors.
Identify & develop new sales opportunities and segments.
Coordinate direct sales opportunities where possible.
Backup customer service.

You possess the following qualifications for the position as Business Developer (m/f):
Native speaker German and profound knowledge of English, French is a plus
Pronounced abilities in Communication
Successfully completed bachelor’s degree
Serious interest in the area of Physical Therapy
Ability to develop sound and market driven solutions
Resilient and team oriented personality
Willing to travel occasionally


Our client will offer you a fulltime contract & salary is negociable in terms of experience & education.
