- Archiving
- Central point of contact for other assistants
- Contact the archiving supplier
- Prepare the documents
- Organizing pick ups
- Help in maintaining the library: follow up on subscriptions, maintaining the excel spreadsheet, …
- Taking care of maintaining the office supplies (économat)
- Place orders when necessary
