As an Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities are:
- Managing and organizing documents and correspondence efficiently
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and preparing reports
- Ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining records in the system
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders as needed
- Handling communication in French and Dutch to assist clients and colleagues

A successful Administrative Assistant should have:
