We are looking for an experienced and driven Recruiter to join our clients recruitment team. In this role, you will take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes for sales and corporate positions across Europe, while working closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers to fill sales and corporate vacancies across Europe.
- Take full ownership of assigned recruitment processes from A to Z.
- Proactively source candidates through various platforms and channels.
- Conduct telephone, video, and face-to-face interviews.
- Participate in onsite recruitment events across Europe.
- Communicate recruitment progress and outcomes, analyze metrics and continuously refine recruitment strategies.
- Update recruitment systems, reports and metrics on a daily basis.
- Support additional HR or recruitment-related projects where needed.
Profiel
What We Are Looking For:
- Fluency in Dutch and advanced knowledge of English.
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience, including sourcing, interviewing and independently managing recruitment processes from A to Z.
- High level of professionalism in recruitment process management.
- Excellent communication skills, self-drive, independence and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Very good command of and experience with Excel.
- Experience working with an ATS recruitment system is a plus.
- Required to travel approximately once per month.
