Do you have experience in a customer/technical support environment? Are you open for a temporary opportunity until december? This job may be the job for you. Our client, a strong player in authentication solutons, is looking for a second-line supporter.
?The job
- Deliver knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive customer support.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve tickets promptly; verify resolutions with customers.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions.
- Escalate major or at-risk incidents to the Incident Manager or 3rd line as needed.
- Attend incident review calls with R&D.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge and share insights with the global support team.
- Protect customer systems and sensitive information.
- To be able to setup a technical working environment where you can test and recreate the issue a customer is facing. You need to be able to document the steps taken.?
Profiel
- fluent knowledge of English
- 1 - 2 years experience or a bachelor in IT
- ?hands-on experience/knowledge with managing Mobile Applications
Aanbod
- ?39u workweek
- €3200 per month but it can be more depending your experience
- no work in the weekends
- Monday - Thursday starting 8AM - 9AM and finishing 5PM - 6PM
- Friday you can stop at 4PM - 5 PM
