Do you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where cooperation, initiative, and collegiality are key? Then this position as a Sales Support Employee is for you!

As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be the point of contact for customers in your region and will coordinate the entire order-to-cash process. With your eye for detail and smooth communication skills, you will ensure that orders, deliveries, and invoicing run smoothly.

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Sales Support Administrator:

  • Central point of contact for customers and distributors in your region
  • Managing the entire order-to-cash process: from ordering and follow-up to transport, invoicing, and after-sales
  • Working closely with internal departments such as production, logistics, supply chain, marketing, and sales
  • Supporting the commercial managers within the region
  • Coordinating with the supply chain team to prevent production peaks
  • Actively contributing to efficient and customer-focused service

Profiel

The Sales Support Administrator we're looking for has the following profile:

  • You have a higher education degree, preferably with 1 to 5 years of experience in an administrative, logistics, or sales support position.
  • Strong administrative skills, commercially minded and solution-oriented
  • Structured, flexible and communicative
  • Team-oriented, but also independent and proactive
  • Positive mindset with an eye for service and quality
  • Fluency in English and Russian, Dutch is a plus
