Sales Assistant for the FMCG industry

As a Sales Assistant for the FMCG Industry, you will be in charge of the following responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by managing administrative requests with timely and accurate responses.
- Coordinate product launches with clients and monitor retro-planning to alert colleagues of potential delays.
- Execute administrative export procedures.
- Support Sales by preparing commercial offers.
- Arrange client visits (transfers, samples, meals, internal communication, etc.).
- Organize sample shipments.
- Assist Accounting with payment follow-ups to ensure timely customer payments.
- Address pricing disputes, complaints, and customer penalties in collaboration with other departments.
- Communicate customer and Sales Department needs internally and provide feedback to the Sales team.
- Transmit information from customers or sales representatives to internal services (promotions, new pricing, etc.).
- Share updates from internal services (Production, R&D, etc.) with customers and/or sales representatives.
- Provide support to Sales Administration for one-off tasks (e.g., logistics benchmarking).
- Contribute to other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Profiel
The ideal Sales Assistant for the FMCG Industry would have the following skills:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with an ERP.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in French / English and Dutch ideally.
- Ability to multitask is a great plus.
