Your mission

As our Commercial administrative associate, you’ll be at the heart of Dealzz, ensuring our advantage platform runs smoothly, looks great, and drives results. You’ll take ownership of digital platform management, newsletters and banners, data insights, stock supply, and much more, collaborating closely with the Affiliation Manager and sales team to keep our partners happy and our platform performing at its best. 


What You’ll Do

1. Digital Platform Management  

Manage and energize our advantage platform : keeping offers engaging, visually harmonious, and aligned with client’s needs. Your work will help create an inspiring user experience, boosting visibility and sales performance for our partners. 

2. Newsletters & Banners Creation 

Plan and design newsletters based on our content calendar, combining pre-sold and additional brand placements. Create eye-catching mobile and web banners that drive sales and improve conversion rates. 

3. Data Collection  

Track and analyse the performance of gift cards, promotions, banners, and newsletters : turning data into actionable insights. You’ll share your findings with the team to guide decisions, identify new opportunities, and test fresh ideas that boost results. 

4. Ordering & Stock Supply 

Oversee daily management of gift card stock, working with merchants and partners to anticipate demand and place smart, timely orders. Keep the platform running seamlessly and ensure optimal supply levels and client satisfaction. 

5. Sales Support 

Empower the sales team by preparing and managing client contracts that drive new business opportunities. 

What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor ‘s or Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 

  • Relevant experience is a plus. 

  • Trilingual in Dutch, French & English. 

  • Creative, structured, and an excellent communicator. 

  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.  

  • Detail-oriented, pro active, and ready to go the extra mile. 

  • Business-minded, customer-focused, and hands-on. 

  • Familiar with marketing tools and platforms (experience is a plus).
